Senior Developer

As a member of the IT team for banking solutions, the Software Developer will be an essential team member in the design, development, implementation, and on-going support of software projects and platforms. The position will be comprised of development tasks and providing design recommendations for current and future applications. The Developer must be able to act as an outstanding member in a team of software developers as well as develop, review code, and manage releases.


Writes, translates, codes, and unit tests software programs and applications according to specifications
Design technical solutions in response to customer requests or changes in the business.
Ensure effective integration of software across products, platforms and environments.
Participates as a member of an Agile Team and works collaboratively with business process leads, developers, business analyst, and other members of the business
Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, work flow analysis, and functional specification documents.
Follows standards and processes to ensure continuity of applications.
Provide estimates as needed for development project work.
Writes automated test scripts, tests software and works with Business Analyst to correct software bugs
Assists in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines.
Installs software products for end users as required.

Experience and Education Requirements:

Experience working with relational databases, data modeling and SQL.
Knowledge of Outsystems development.
Knowledge of designing and implementing a quality user interface and experience.
Demonstrated understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle model.

Junior consultant

The role of the Junior Consultant is vital to the success and our ability to deliver quality services to our clients. While this would be true for any consulting firm, we feel it is especially true in our case, as our clients are potentially choosing to divert needed resources from their mission in order to work with us on the promise that doing so will increase their impact long term.

In a typical client engagement, there will be a lead consultant that will serve as the primary point of contact with the client and the strategic lead for the engagement. The Junior Consultant assists the engagement lead with a variety of essential tasks:

Desk research to develop a profile of the client and their key interest area in the engagement
Data analysis
Development of presentations and the writing of reports
Junior Consultants also support business development, primarily through scoping, desk research, and proposal writing.


Supporting client engagements through desk research, data analysis, the preparation of deliverables, and other tasks as needed.
Support business development efforts through desk research, event organization, proposal writing, and other activities.
Providing general logistical and administrative support to the team.
Other tasks as needed.


Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, international affairs, international development or a related field.

Senior consultant

The Business Consultant utilizes domain expertise and acts as the visionary who supports both the customer and our company to develop the long-term strategic roadmap for customer business operations leveraging Credirisk solutions and industry best practice guidance. The role will provide in depth business consulting to effectively advise and supply current customers and new prospects with a compelling business case and specific value proposition from a long-term solution perspective. Aligned to key opportunities by industry focus area, the business consultant understands and assesses the customer needs and business drivers to craft recommendations. The Business Consultant will manage the customer relationship and individual engagements with a strong focus on operational excellence and establishing strategy for positive business outcomes.


Develop and maintain relationships with strategic customers to ensure continued satisfaction and reference availability
Engage in thorough value and needs assessment interviews with customer C-level executives down to agent/front Line level leveraging an objective consultative approach.

Manage and interpret customer needs and requirements through astute questioning skills to understand, anticipate and match customer gaps and capabilities to Credirisk solutions.
Consult and plan with client directors to address specific needs of the customer and present a highly differentiated value proposition. Draw upon a combination of problem-solving, quantitative analysis and product knowledge to substantiate recommended program approach to influence customers
Seamless collaboration with the Client Directors, Business Intelligent Analysts (Insights), Solution Consulting and Customer Success Managers, fostering an integrated team approach
Establish and maintain strong relationships and professional reputation within the market and throughout the sales cycle
Expertly guide large and small scale Business Consulting and Strategic Service customer engagements and deliver best practice consulting
Develop and deliver presentations consisting of strategic recommendations for business impact


Minimum of 3 years of business consulting experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. MBA is desirable
Must have proven ability to independently and effectively handle Sr. Executive audience and stakeholders, provide thought leadership and gain strategic partnership
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with the ‘C’ or VP level business users to articulate business value and influence strategic direction
Demonstrated experience with leading organizational change, creating governance teams and center of excellence processes
Collaborative approach to building solutions that include working with multiple groups both internally and externally
Exceptional communication and presentations skills that build confidence and credibility
Highly articulate and able to confidently explain complex models in a clear, simplified manner
Strong domain & industry expertise combined with advanced strategic and project management skills
Able to manage multiple, complex opportunities simultaneously
